Price Reductions on the Bay (West Ave)

Two condominiums on West Av have adjusted their prices this week to make them an even more attractive opportunity for the right Buyer.

Unit #1601, a Penthouse unit, and one of the few in the building with a balcony, has lowered its price to $499,000.
