Just closed on three Studio Units at 1250 West Avenue. The building was built as elderly housing in the 1960’s and provided affordable rental housing for 40 years, after which it was converted to a condominium. While it has always remained an affordable place to both live and rent, its special features were its waterfront location and expanded amenity package. These sales came just a few months after the sale of a 1 Bedroom unit in the same building. While I represented the Sellers in all cases, I trust the Buyers will enjoy their new purchases.
