There are other opportunities to purchase very desirable units at reasonable prices in Miami and on Miami Beach. Interestingly buildings such as 900 Biscayne, although now ten years old were built on many of the most desirable locations, while many newer buildings have the latest in technology, service, and amenities. There is something for everyone, but I choose location every time.
